THE RESPONSE CHAIN

A discreet signal becomes a coordinated police response

The RL System begins working before a crime takes place. When a woman receives a threat, faces harassment, or believes that her safety may be at risk, she can report the matter to the local police station. After assessing the situation, the police administration registers her in the RL System and provides her with an RL Device. Once registered, she installs the Rudralabhyam mobile application on her phone and creates her profile so that the necessary information can be maintained within the system.

The RL Device is designed to remain small and easy to carry, and can be attached to a pocket or bag. It contains a panic button and location-tracking capability. If the registered woman later falls in danger, she does not need to make a complicated phone call or navigate through a mobile application. She simply presses the panic button on the device. The RL Device then starts transmitting her live location to the RL Web Application, the "brain" of the system.

The RL Web Application identifies the police station responsible for the location and activates the RL Alert Box installed inside that station. The alarm draws the attention of the police personnel. An officer opens the rescue management window, checks the woman's location and assigns an RL Rakshak. The responding officer uses the RL Rakshak mobile app to share his location while tracking the woman in real time through the rescue management window.

In this way, the RL System connects the threatened person, the local police station, the web platform and the responding officer into one coordinated chain. Its central idea is simple: convert an early warning into an actionable police response as quickly as possible.

A Short Story That Could Be True

When a warning becomes an alert, every second can matter.

Imagine a young college student who has been facing repeated harassment on her daily journey to college. Instead of waiting for the situation to become worse, she reports the danger and becomes part of the RL System. A few days later, when the threat suddenly becomes real, one press of the RL Device sets an entire rescue chain in motion.

THE IDEA IN ONE LINE

A warning should not have to become a tragedy before help arrives.

The RL System is designed to turn a registered woman's sense of danger into a direct, localized and coordinated police response.
